”Kenny and I have been working together for just under a year. I originally decided I needed a trainer for motivation, accountability, and to teach me workout skills/forms. Kenny has gone above and beyond in all of my requirements. I started working with Kenny as someone who had a habit of being consistent doing what I thought was effective at the time for me (a bunch of cardio, no weights) and then getting bored which resulted in having periods where I wouldn't workout at all. After using Kenny's workout plan and working with him 1:1, I felt myself becoming stronger, I saw results and after that it was no going back. I love going to the gym now. I love lifting weights, seeing results and feeling stronger and empowered. I'm extremely grateful for how he has changed my lifestyle.
